How do you do it?
Step 1: Initial Meeting
We begin with a 60-90 minute trip planning interview to understand your preferences and interests. This can be done in-person, over the phone, or via Skype, ZOOM, or FaceTime. The consultation fee is $250 (non-refundable). For last-minute trips (planned within 60 days of arrival), the fee is $450.
Step 2: Travel Sketch
Based on our initial meeting, we create a personalized trip sketch. You'll review this sketch and suggest any modifications. Once you're happy with the plan, we send a Request for Formal Proposal (RFP). The RFP fee is €200, or €250 for last-minute trips.
Step 3: Proposal & Booking
We refine the proposal through a few iterations until it's perfect. After your approval, you submit the Booking Form with a 20% deposit. 60 days before departure, 70% of the total trip cost is charged to your credit card, and the remaining 10% is charged in the month of travel.
Final Review
Two weeks before departure, we review the final itinerary together using the Trip Plans app to ensure everything is set for your journey. Buon Viaggio!
